Mark & Becky Johnson, Lead Pastors
Mark and Becky Johnson are the Lead Pastors of Jubilee Worship Center in St. Cloud, Minnesota - a church they started in March of 1998. Their vision for Jubilee is to enable as many people as possible to Experience God, Love Others, and Transform our World. They have a heart for pastors, the body of Christ at large, and the Central Minnesota area. Mark and Becky believe God is moving powerfully today wherever people are hungry and open. God is uniting His body and equipping them to move in the power of the Holy Spirit. God is restoring prophetic and apostolic ministry to His church, so that the saints can be brought to maturity and be equipped for fruitful ministry (Ephesians 4:11-16). Becky oversees worship and arts at Jubilee.
Mark and Becky both grew up in Christian homes and became Christians at a young age. Mark and Becky were married in 1977, and have been Lead Pastors since 1982. They have three adult children, who are all serving the Lord, and six grandchildren.
Matt & Sindy Johnson, Youth Pastors
Matt & Sindy Johnson are the Youth Pastors at Jubilee Worship Center.
Matt grew up in central Minnesota while Sindy grew up in Monterrey, Nuevo León in México. Both grew up in Christian homes and felt the call of God at an early age. Matt has attended Bible school at Apostolic School of Ministry in Marietta, Georgia where he was the youth leader at a local church, and has also worked as an interim youth pastor in central Minnesota. Matt & Sindy have been the youth pastors at Jubilee since June, 2010.
Matt & Sindy met in 2007 and were married the same year. They live in St. Cloud and have two children; Priscila and Jordan. They have a vision to see the youth of this generation equipped for the purposes of God.
Josiah & Caroline Sullivan, Children's Pastors
Josiah and Caroline are the Children’s Pastors at Jubilee. Josiah received a Bachelor's Degree in Pastoral Ministry from Northwestern College in 2009 and Caroline gained her Bachelor's Degree in Church Ministry in 2010. They both have worked for many years in children’s ministry (from nursery age through 6th grade). Josiah was also Children’s and Youth Pastor in the Twin Cities for 5 years before coming to Jubilee.
Josiah grew up a "missionary kid" in southeast Asia and Caroline grew up in Saint Paul. They both have a love not just for kids, but especially for families. They strongly desire to see the family unit grow together in a knowledge and passion for Christ.
Josiah and Caroline met each other in a Bible study Josiah was teaching and they were married in June of 2011.

Bruce was born and raised in Wisconsin and was radically saved in 1980. She is a gifted teacher, full of love and compassion.

Missionaries
Dale & Cathleen Jones - Cambodia
Dale and Cathleen Jones, ministering elders of Jubilee Worship Center, have been sent to Cambodia to serve in apostolic ministry. They have been serving the Lord by ministering to Cambodian people since 1988. Since 2002 they have partnered with Mission to Unreached Peoples in Seattle, WA as a sending agency in mission to Cambodia. The focus of their ministry is foundational in nature, seeking to establish a church planting movement in Cambodia through prophetic ministry including intercession, evangelism, disciple-making and organizing believers into communities of God. Dale and Cathleen highly value reaching people by preaching the gospel, leading them to be committed students of Jesus, nurturing them to maturity and leading them to be effective witnesses for Christ. The primary strategy for accomplishing this is through gathering new believers into assemblies and teaching them to minister God's grace to one another through the gifts (charismata) of the Spirit, building each other up in faith, exhorting one another to rely on the Holy Spirit to produce fruit in their lives, and reproducing themselves by sharing their faith and founding new assemblies. The Jones' also highly value an "incarnational" approach to ministry, which following Jesus' example, means leaving home and adapting to a new country, culture and language, believing that who we are is as much a part of the gospel message as what we say.
